Zodwa Nzimande is the Executive Director of Ulwezi Consulting and a highly experienced human capital and talent strategist with more than 29 years of experience in recruitment and HR consulting.
Throughout her career, Zodwa has worked with JSE-listed organisations, multinational companies and growing enterprises, helping them attract exceptional talent, develop high-performing workforces and navigate complex human capital challenges.
Her expertise encompasses executive search, workforce planning, organisational design, change management, strategic HR consulting, diversity and inclusion, leadership development and digital recruitment transformation.
With experience across multiple African markets, Zodwa brings a Pan-African perspective to talent strategy, helping organisations understand and respond to the diverse workforce environments across the continent.
